"The location is fantastic: situated on a peaceful street, it’s right in the heart of the city, with easy access to metro and buses and within walking distance to major attractions. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, featuring a large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a walk-in closet. And, living on an island feels very chic !"

"All the wall decorations have been removed (hooks are still visible), except for some questionable plastic flowers. A few more mirrors, frames, or decorative touches would have helped elevate it to a 9! Additionally, we were missing a bread knife and kitchen hand towels. The apartment is managed by "Studio Prestige," which oversees around 250 other properties in Paris. As a result, the service feels impersonal. When I tried to extend my stay, it was difficult to get in touch with them, and they never returned my calls. It seems like every time I reached out, I was speaking to a different person, with a lot of background noise and what felt like a call center atmosphere. There was no follow-up, empathy, or empowerment. Their automatic email instructions sometimes mix English and French, too! With more decoration, no missing essentials, and a more personalized service, I would have rated this a 10. But if those factors aren't important to you as a guest, feel free to consider this a 10.0 review!"

"*Smartly renovated and spacious apartment, with wonderful high ceilings and an especially roomy bathroom. *Super central location, with excellent walkability, but also quiet and charming. (The sounds of a church choir practicing wafted up through the windows one afternoon before Easter--magical!) A mini-grocer three doors down was convenient. *Comfy bed and well organized walk-in closet. *Good communication with agency managing the rental."

"No criticisms, just a few small, easy-to-fix suggestions: *The rugs need pads so they don't slide on the wood floors. Came close to falling a few times. *A backup set of towels for stays longer than 2-3 days. (We asked after my h got sick, and they said it would cost half a day's cleaning fee.) *Heat appeared to be remotely controlled, so it got chilly at times. We could have used more than the single duvet on the bed for chilly March nights, but the only extra bedding we found in the closet needed cleaning."
